Join Us In Worship
Each time we gather for worship, we focus our hearts on the life, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus as we listen to God’s Word. On Sunday morning, we gather for worship following the traditional liturgies of the church and singing hymns from the Lutheran Service Book.
During our midweek worship service on Wednesday evening, we gather in the Great Hall for a more informal worship time which features some hymns and a shortened liturgy. Our Saturday afternoon contemporary worship service features our music team, Rock of Zion, leading our singing.
Caring Education
Zion Lutheran School has a place for your child. Since our earliest days, our congregation has been committed to providing quality Christ-centered education for kids in our church and community.
We offer childcare services for infants and toddlers, a terrific preschool environment for your kids and a quality kindergarten through eighth grade nationally accredited school where kids will learn about Jesus’ love for them and the wonders of this world. We provide a safe, secure, stable environment for our students and their families where every child is valued, prayed for and loved.

That's what WOWZA Wednesday is all about! Bring a chair to use and get ready for fun, food, fellowship and faith. We gather from 5:30 to 7 on Wednesday, July 29 under the pavilion in the school playground.
As part of Zion's 125th Anniversary Celebration Week, everyone is invited to enjoy an evening of great food, laughter, and community.

There's something special about worshiping outdoors. While there is no Saturday worship on July 25 as our Anniversary Festival worship is on Sunday, July 26, we are hoping you join us for our outdoor worship celebration as we conclude Zion's 125th Anniversary Celebration Week on Saturday, August 1 with worship under the tent as we give thanks for God's faithfulness through every generation.

What a blessing to hear about our church's partnership with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Brazil as shared by Pastor Schroeder. The LCMS responded to a horrible flood in Brazil with prayers and financial support which resulted in many opportunities to share Jesus' love and care for all through our church's ministry of mercy.

There is no worship this evening as we prepare for our Anniversary Worship on Sunday, July 26. Special music begins in church at 9 AM and then worship takes place at 9:30. The luncheon in the school gym follows worship as we feast on roast pork, German potato salad, dessert and the Frankentrost Band plays for us. Bring a side dish or salad to share.

Planning on attending. My husbands grandfather was one of the 11 men who started Zion. John Michael Arnold. Husband grew up at Zion. Robert Arnold children graduated from there also . Paul and James as did the Pastor Erv Hutter ,Pilgrim Lutheran (Essexville)
I remember the German language services in the 60’s with dads buddy, Pastor Zehnder
At the LCMS Convention in Phoenix, we welcomed the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Bolivia into altar and pulpit fellowship with us. What a beautiful day to witness this partnership in the Gospel as we share Jesus' love and care for all.

This afternoon in Phoenix at our church's convention we heard from Pastor Maita who serves the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod as a missionary pastor to Puerto Rico. Born in Venezuela and now called to share the good news of Jesus with those in Puerto Rico. Blessings to this pastor and all our missionaries as they share Jesus' love and care for all.
